Srinagar, June 25 (UNI) About 8,540 pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir will perform Hajj-2018 and first flight will take off from International Airport, Srinagar, with 410 pilgrims from July 10, an official spokesman said here on Monday evening.He said in order to ensure smooth arrangements for Hajj-2018, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan today directed all District Development Commissioners (DDCs) of Kashmir Division to ensure hassle free arrangements for the Hajj pilgrims in their respective districts. While chairing a high-level meeting of officers to review the arrangements for Hajj 2018, the Divisional Commissioner took stock of district wise preparations and arrangements for Hajj pilgrims from each DDC of Kashmir Division through video-conferencing.
