JEDDAH: The Bus Guidance Office in Makkah and Madinah has launched a training and qualification program for 2000 guides and administrators who will be working during this year’s Hajj season.

The Director General of the Bus Guidance Office in Makkah and Madinah Abdullah bin Hassan Sindi said that the office is keen to develop leaders, administrators, and guides through the training program, and provide theoretical and practical training to new guides before the Hajj season. The program also aims to improve human relations and achieve the operational goals of the office.

Sindi added that the courses provided aim is to support development and efficiency in order to increase the quality of employee performance. They also aim to explain the operational plan for both practical and administrative procedures.
