Technology services specialist VFS TasHeel says its does not process visa permits for Hajj and Umrah and applicants are advised to contact a local tour operator for visas.

The organization is part of the 2nd South African Hajj and Umrah Council (Sahuc) roadshow that is taking place at the Image Lifestyle Conference Centre in Mayfair on Sunday.

VFS TasHeel will be advising hujjaj about the biometric process for Hajj and Umrah.

The organization says once an applicant has submitted required documents along with the visa application form, the tour operator will further guide an applicant on visiting VFS TasHeel centers for biometric enrolment procedure.

“Biometric enrollment is mandatory for Hajj & Umrah visa category and applicant’s presence at the VFS TasHeel center is a must.”

At the same time Sahuc has released its 5th Hajj accreditation list from the 14th of November 2014 to the 2nd of December 2014 with 226 names on the document.

Hujjaj have until 11 April 2019 at 6pm to accept or defer the accreditation.
