A total of 297,444 applications have been registered in the electronic draw for citizens and residents inside the Kingdom for the 2022 Hajj season, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said on Wednesday.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced on Wednesday that 297,444 applications have registered in the electronic draw by citizens and residents with valid residency in the Kingdom for the 1443H/2022 Hajj season, comprising of 62 percent men and 38 percent of women.

Alfanar Construction, the engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) division of Alfanar, announced today that it has been awarded a SR109 million contract by the Ministry of Health (MoH), Saudi Arabia, to replace and develop the infrastructure for Ohud General Hospital in the city of Madinah. The 24-month project aims to revamp infrastructure for the 300-bed hospital.
