Somaliland to export more than 800,000 livestock Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj
Somaliland is expected to export more than 800,000 livestock to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj. The animals are en route to Saudi Arabia for use as sacrificial offerings for millions of Muslims making the Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca.

Haramain high-speed train arrives in Jeddah for first time
The Haramain Express Train has arrived at Jeddah station for the first time after operational tests of the Saudi high-speed train system. The railway will be fully operational by the end of 2017.

Bangladeshi Hajj flights to begin July 24
Hajj flights carrying Bangladeshi pilgrims to Saudi Arabia will begin on July 24 and end on August 26 this year. A total of 127,198 pilgrims from Bangladesh are scheduled to perform Hajj this year.

Egypt- Public banks provide 750m riyals for tourism companies during Hajj
There are 108,000 Egyptians scheduled to perform the Hajj this season through the lottery, associations, and tourism companies. EgyptAir said it would allocate 63,000 seats for pilgrims on its flights to SaudiArabia starting 9 August.

285 flights to carry 221,000 Hajj pilgrims from Indonesia beginning July 27
As many as 285 wide body air carriers run by Indonesia's flag carrier Garuda Indonesia will start carrying a total of 221,000 Haj pilgrims from the island country which has the largest population of Muslims in the world.
